heres the link... You take logged runs of a third gear pull (like you would on a dyno) and it gives you a estimate on your hp and tq! its apparently pretty close.
Sorry to go off topic... but ...

I just tried that thing out. I dunno how close it is, but at first I thought it was a bit "optimistic" cause it was saying my RA SB was putting out 310tq 300hp on a virtual Dynojet... Then I noticed I could switch the virtual dyno to Mustang and that gave me about 270tq 260hp (about 40 to 50 high than the GST thread dynos). In "Virtual Dyno (uncorrected)" mode it's saying about 280tq 270hp... Those numbers were from a pull i did in Nov w/ the GST 91oct w/ boost pill base map and K&N drop-in, and everything else stock. Still seems a bit optimistic...

Wish I knew about this before I applied the GST v2 boost pill base map; I could have done a stock pull to have a base line to see the gains difference, since the gains is the important part and not so much the indicated numbers.

I've upgraded several parts and upgraded my base map to v2.5... I'll probably go out and do another pull sometime this weekend to see if it measures any 'gains' ...

nice time, the tranny is the only thing stopping my buying a RA, i love the sportback!!! i have a vw 1.8T 5 spd now, a clutch is usually less cost to replace or upgrade, beside i love rowing the gears, the RA could sell for at least $1000 less with a real stick, prolly be a little lighter too. i do not know how long i can hold out!!!!

Yeah, I'm not sure how accurate it is either. But it gives you somewhat of an idea!

So far nothings gone wrong (knock on wood) I'm running a home made second trans cooler and SSP gold fluid and the trans takes the power like a man...

True ... I did more pulls yesterday, and found that I gained about 20HP/20Torque ... I ALSO found that the stretch of road that I used is slightly down hill in the direction that I was going for the first run I put into Virtual Dyno, which explains the exaggerated HP/Tq estimate... heh...

The only problem i ran into was supposedly "tranny slippage" around 353 whp and when i mentioned it on this forum someone told me how our trannys torque manage as a safety feature so i'd have to find a way around that to go further. . but if your really scared just buy 500hp clutch packs from SSP.

I had the same problems during tuning... threw a lot of codes. But every things fine. Now just to save up for that clutch pack... As of right now the trans is holding up fine, I just know there is more power left to be pulled out.
