this might be a dumbass question but in ND we have 89 with 10% e (idk if other states have that too) and would it be better performance numbers wise to use it or use straight 91?
I'm fairly certain that 89 with 'up to 10% ethanol' is **** water... they are just telling you the octane rating was achieved by using ethanol as an octane boosting additive... it's still only 89 octane.
