What are your plans as far as getting the power past the tranny? gonna upgrade the clutchpacks or just do a safe tune?

As long as the boost comes in later, the pistons and transmission should be okay (at least for a little while). That MAPerformance Manifold is so good looking. They definitely do some excellent work. I have seen it first hand.
Eventually, he is likely going to need the Dodson setup. It might take a while to slip the the stock clutches, if everything is tuned properly. I am more worried about the motor. I am not quite at that power level, yet, and I am still have my motor completely rebuilt before proceeding further.
I made 360hp and 364 tq I am still running stock cat back so this is the limiting factor and this is done at 26lbs of boost I will post a graph with an overlay of my previous numbers. The car is a night and day difference even at these power levels since the tq is not dropping off anywhere like the stock x turbo was. I am very pleased with the upgrade and I will make the 400hp number sooner or later hopefully this year especially if I decide to upgrade to the dodson clutches and the factor I am at 70k miles on the motor.

Aren't most of the EvoX's running this power level? Have they had engine issues? I thought the engines were able to handle it. Good to know!
No, the maximum torque threshold for the stock motor is 400 wtq. Some people have been able to sneak by for a little bit above that level on the stock block, but it is unadvised. They all eventually fail. I am at 374/373, and I am about to build the entire thing. It does depend on when the torque kicks in...etc. etc.
