Hey guys i just installed a ksport 8piston from bbk couple weeks ago, i noticed this week no matter how hard i push gas and brake i can never get it to engage launch control. it simply revs up to 3k, the brake pedal is to the floor and so is gas. And i am in Super Sport with Traction control off also. any ideas? is it possible this new bbk is tricking the ecu to thinking the brake isnt pressed all the way?

 

Are your brake lights working?

No dash brake warning lights either, right?

Does parking brake change the DRLs? (I am trying to see if a brake switch is bad).

No, I agree, new BBK should not prevent a LC... [puzzled]

 

On a side note please post pictures of your bbk. I haven't seen the ksports mounted yet.

 

Yes parking brake lights come on, I don't know if drls change cause I don't have the fuse and no new dash lights.

I will post pictures of my setup when I get a chance
