i had the pump replaced under extended warranty(thankfully) and i believe the dealer price for the pump was $1,100. im just curious if they can be rebuilt cheaper as i had them give me the old one just in case. should i hang on to this thing or is it junk?

 

Assuming you can get it apart then yeah you can definitely rebuild it for cheaper and probably do a better job at sealing it. I forgot who sells the rebuild kit though :/
