Where to find a stock cat

I'm looking for a stock cat I can buy from someone because I lost mine in the move from my old house and emissions are around the corner. Any help would be appreciated!

I'll sell you mine for $1000.00. Only about 20,000 miles on it.

Thats crazy. I had no idea these things were so freaking expensive. I had to go look it up after I saw this post. MSRP is over $1500. Also didn't know that cats have platinum in them. Who would have thought..

I'm in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I saw the price on LancerShop and nearly had a heart attack! For 1500 there might as well be diamonds and gold on it

This for a 2011 Lancer Ralliart, which I failed to say in the post

Could you get away with a high flow cat?! What kind of emissions test do they perform in Green Bay? OBD, sniffer?

lol wtf. I can tell you now if you're paying more than $50 (aud) for a 2nd hand OEM ralliart cat you're getting ripped off severely.
And a brand new 200-300cel HFC shouldn't cost more than $350-400 unless it's a fancy pants brand like AMS

OP are you running a test pipe right now? What kind of emissions test do they do on the car? Just plug into the OBD2 or do they do the sniffer?

I'm running a Ultimate Racing HFC. Wisconsin does OBDII plug in. I got a P0420 code then installed at 90 degree spacer and now it's reading P2096 that the O2 is low efficiency. If it's not one thing, it's another!

I would never in my right mind pay 1k for a stock part. For that price I might as well try and buy off the inspector. lol

Have you tried the spark plug fowler trick?! That's what I did and it has never came back.

I tried the 90 degree spacer, which I heard worked better, but obviously not. Going back to stock would give me a better piece of mind right now.

I did this trick on my 8 back in 2009. To date my cel has never once came back.

If I were you I would contact Ultimate Racing and see what they recommend for their HFC to keep the CEL off.
