When I purchased the lancer it had a bad passenger side axle seal. I replaced the seal and fixed some other minor leaks. But now the car is making a pretty disturbing clicking sound almost like a grinding that seems to be coming from the front transfer case but I can't pin point it for sure. It does not do it in a perfect straight line only when the wheels are turned and it gets worse the more I turn them. It will not make the noise running on a lift. It will also click when the ingine on in park, neutral and reverse while the car is not moving as you are turning the wheel and suggestions on what the problem is?
