hey guys i just bought a pioneer in dash avic-d3 system for dirt cheap.

is this something i can install in the drivway..i bought a floor model so no instructions or anything just the head unit itself..also i bought speakers..dont know how 2 take the door panel off..i checkked the fitment.. it said it will fit a 2008 lancer with out a rocksforgate system so it should fit our RA since the interior is just about the same

 

As long as u r inclined mechanically and have the parts its easy. You'll want a dash kit, harness (amplifier integration) and maybe speaker harnesses. Here's the how to remove the radio http://documents.victorytechnologies...duct/12389.pdf Any specific questions pm me.

 

I installed a Pioneer Navi with a friend, the part that took the most time was wiring up the harness. Just stay away from the Metra dash kit... it's garbage.

 

Yeah I pm'd him about the difference with the Scosche kit.
