Video Input

Does anyone know if this part is plug in play on our cars to get a video input on the Navi screen?

Mine is a 10 and I only have red and white. Wonder if the harness is the same just the plugs are different.

I did this install on my 2010 RA sportback. Car came stock with just audio. I purchased this, took apart my front consul, have to pop out the navi to get your arm down there to unclip the stock part. Then its a plug and play harness. Only problem is the screen turns off while in motion still. But works wonders while parked if you want to do some gaming in the parking lot.....

I've got a question about this, since it wasn't installed in my 2011 lancer ralliart, how do you pop off the old one? is it a must to remove the navi to get to it?

You do not need to remove cords to the navi. I just turned it upside down on the dash (put a cloth down so you do not scratch anything). Then you have room to put your arm down there to depress the 2 side clips holding the video input in. Then you can push it out into the cabin area and remove the wire harness.

There are how-to's floating around on how to remove the the dash. The whole project took me about 15-20 min.
