Rear Diff Tips?

Hey All,

I was fully prepped to do the rear diff fluid change this afternoon but was thwarted by the drain bolt. I'm in CA but the car spent its first year in New England. The drain bolt was fully rusted on. I tried using some WD-40 Rust Release Penetrant Spray but no dice. The allen plug started to strip so I just stopped and did the transfer case instead while I was under there.

Anyone got any tips to get that sucker off or should I take it to a proper shop for that?

I would buy a replacement bolt first.
Then spray pb blaster on it and let it soak over night. If that does not work then take it to a shop, they might have to heat it up first but its close to the gas tank so better to leave it to the pro's.

Thanks neogeo64 - any idea what the part number is for that drain bolt? I ordered some PB Blaster online so we'll see how it goes.
