Marketing scheme. They do that for all cars. They either show the highest model or a well equipped one to entice buyers. Would u have been excited if u seen the DE do that powerslide? Probably not.

Okay this is the best i could do for WW because i already optimized my .psd for res at the other colors... I had to sacrafice the hood detail to even get close to a good white... best i can do ;\

 

that looks good what u could do for the vent is cut it out of the orginal and then add it as a new layer to the white one. But all in all awsome! how do you change the color in PS??

 

thats true didn't really think of that... I'm looking back at the other ones though and they are really hard to notice from that angle anyway in original ;\

for all of my car layers under the Image tab > Levels
Image > Hue & saturation (changed hue/ lightness /saturation to try and get white / made the lights on the WW look more blue)
Image > black and white (you can adjust maximum colors here)

 

yeah I can do it all I need is a closed course or parking lot, and ASC OFF

we need to find an event or make a track day to do this!

btw: 08lancer - what boost gauge did u install ? do u have pics or a write up?
