i got it at home depot. it's a garage door seal, so it's in the... garage door section lol. i stuck it on with 3m super strength double sided tape. just take your time and be very careful!

suggestion:
While you were at home depot you could have bought 2 small rubber stoppers to plug the 2 little holes where the license plate use to be. Push them in until they are nice and flush.

Hardware section, with the screws and bolts and what not. Should have a variety of plastic "plugs" and screws that may work. Best bet would be to take one of your license plate screws in there to find something that is exact, or measure the hole and go off that. =)

and the pvc thing i'm taking as sarcasm? if so, i don't care. i think diy mods are the best kind. why spend a wad of money on something as purposeless as a front lip that'll break on the first curb you overshoot?
thanks. do you mean drilling holes for the lip? i only had to add two screws. one on each end where the lip meets the fender well to keep it from drooping. the rest is held on by 3m tape.
