not sure, but i've been researching building my own. it doesn't appear to be too difficult to do with fiberglass...

You mean, this won't fit? . I have no intentions of sticking a SSS wing on there, but RallyArmor flaps are coming soon.



Although, I'm not really sure if this counts, as it's a whole bumper cover and not a simple lip .

This is the look I hope to achieve. Is that diffuesr taken directly from an EVO X bumper? Or, what I'm asking is if the diffuser alone is removable/interchangeable with the Ralliart bumper?

That is correct, it is not a wide-body bumper cover. It has OEM fitment.

Does it fit the RA stock exhaust with no issues? I'm planning to get a single exit exhaust and wondering if it would fit this bumper.

I don't know about the stock exhaust, I already had a CP-E exhaust on when I installed it. I had to lower the exhaust a little bit to clear the diffuser by getting longer rubber hangers. I can't imagine the OEM exhaust having too much of a fitment issue, tbh.
