I have the Urban lip on my lancer and even after two girlfriend mishaps (sigh). Its still in one piece. And I am talking about some serious 60mph hitting blocks of ice kinda damage. Impressive.

getting to the price quote. Sure its expensive... but you have to understand, its coming straight from Asia. If you want to pay the unit price and pay for the shipping, lol go for it... I am sure he would be relieved to not have to stress over shipping.

But soon things will change and the shipping cost will go down due to increased volume. Just takes time.
Will HOS Automotive be producing more lip options for the RA? Or any other exterior parts?

im guessing there will be a few if not many lips that will be developed in malaysia, singapore etc.. since the new facelift on the new lancers in those countries is the same front bar as our ralliart now..

i think the lip color matched (like that white RA) makes it look too ricer, while the blue RA with it looks pretty good. ive seen that lip before, i think accolade makes a copy of it, i believe its called the zodiac

HOS and RallyInnovations are I think working out an alliance. but what I would like to see happen is see the lip produced in North America.

From when I last asked my friend Rick, he tells me there is a lot of stuff being prepped for the EVO X and the RalliArt. unknown what stuff maybe worked on for the sportback. since they dont have that one in Singapore.

at one point a picture of RickChong's Lancer car was posted on accolades website under their Zodiac bodykit when they had it in production. But updated images have been posted of the Zodiac kit and it is not the same bodykit that ended up in final production.
The Urban Lip as its being dubbed was co-developed Rick Chong and HOS Automotive.

To my knowledge Accolade and HOS are not aligned.

March 6 - Rally Innovations / HOS Urban Lip Dealership Show off and Car meet

For all those lucky enough to live in Cali, if your looking to see what the URBAN lip looks like on the Ralliart you might get your chance. Also Some RRM hardware will be there was well.

There is a small chance I will be out there as well

HOS is more known for being original, their lip kit designs generally are original to them. They likely wouldnt venture into other similar styles since they would be following someone else's style and hardwork.

Thats my perspective looking in on this, I will certainly ask. But from what I know HOS has something like 3 other styles planned for the evo x and lancer portfolio. When i last spoke to HOS they are also expanding their line up to include the Hyundai Genesis, Mazda 3's and finally the Forte Coupe. If you havent seen HOS's beta gallery site, i highly recommend doing so. www.hosauto.com .

Final point, Rally Innovations is finalizing their agreement with HOS, so you will start to see their stuff warehoused in the United States, and even possibly in the near future manufactured in the United States.

well, thats definitely good news. as long as there's more coming...and yea, i've checked out their site before. they do a lot of quality work from what i see. good fitment and all, just havent noticed anything that suits my tastes personally, on any of the car models they preview.

the craftsmanship definitely looks top notch, but the styles all seem a bit over the top and trapped in the "fast and furious" era. not that its a bad thing either, i just prefer something that compliments the original design a bit more and seems almost as if it should have been an oe option
