Do we have a rough idea when these are going to be made? Also, being i'm like 30 something down the list, is the supplier making one batch of 50 or so, or smaller batches of 10-20 and i'll be stuck waiting til the fall? Also, do we know who's making this yet? or is it still a secret?

They have ordered the front bumper and the lip that will be the inspiration. The vendor is still in the fabrication stage, but when they begin production they will have the serious ones pony up a deposit, and will produce as many as needed to fill that order. And the vendor is still a secret. They will post on this thread when they have some updates for us, this is so they don't get back logged with emails. Myself and
n my RA are in contact with the vendor.

No new updates. Spoke with him last night. Thay are waiting on the lip, it still hasn't arrived from japan. He did say it would only take a few weeks to fabricate once he has received the lip.

why in dry carbon? i know its lighter than the wet carbon but unless you are going all out with weight reduction i dont think it's worth it..also doesn't dry carbon cost like 3 times more than wet carbon stuff

Dry carbon is DEF not worth it. Plus, you're going to be paying like 3x as much as everyone else.

frp option would be a nice idea since i'll be painting mine anyways, especially if there was a large price drop that came along with it...

edit: though with the carbon version costing around 400, i guess theres not much room to go a whole lot lower with the frp version cost huh?

could this lead the way for more companies making lips for us seeing as that there's a big demand for them?!
