If I had a EVO X I would still do a body kit, but that's just me.

You can use the Evo X fender liners and they will work for the wide body kit.

Not everyone has evo x money but want that look i cant blame anybody buying a ralliart and putting a evo kit on it. What ever floats your bolt but don't forget rims tire brakes suspension for the full affect.
