CF Hood and Chrome Trim Wrap

Hey everyone,

My hood and front chrome trim were getting slowly destroyed by rocks (I work near a construction site and a highway under repair).

I decided to have a local vinyl guy wrap the hood and trim in CF. It's really thick and will protect everything. It has a dry-carbon look (not glossy).

That looks really good. I like it. Did it take long to have done? Hours/days?

Is that a vinyl wrap or with carbon cloth? If vinyl then what brand? Where did you get it and How much? Looks great! The dry carbon look is awesome

Looks really good. I did my roof a year or so back and it has held up wonderfully.

I have a broken nose ring (cracked it on both left and right sides trying to remove it), this Carbon Fibre vinyl wrap might be the best option after a quick plastic epoxy repair to the nose ring.
Thanks for Posting the pics.

did mine a while ago. Roof was done 2 years ago Hood, nose and top of trunk lid sometimes in the spring. So far no problems. Chrome ring is next since is cracked on the bottom. I wish i could leave it the way it is but I will not spend $300 for the new ring and i only need the bottom piece. GSR wheels are in the garage. Will be on within few weeks.

I love the CF nose ring. Can I ask how much the whole job cost?

Looks good Jason. How much did the hood run you, if you don't mind me asking?
