Bumper no longer flush?

I took my front bumper off today do to an intercooler swap, and when I put it back on and bolted everything back up, I noted the very far corners of the bumper that meet the fender aren't flush anymore, they stick out badly. That top bolt isn't overtightened, all of the clips are in place... I don't understand. It's the same way on both sides.

It wasn't like this before and it's actually depressing. Any ideas???

This may be a silly question, but did you try loosening the outer bolts and pushing in on the bumper while re-tightening?

No way... this just happened to me...

Yup, no dice. I tried pulling the bumper off of the clips to see if that square piece lined up, put it back on and everything inside seems to line up from what I can tell, the top bolt in the fender well lines up and goes in just fine.

Similar issue eh?

I have the same issue with my RA as well bro. Maybe take a hammer and try to get it flush? Try it out for us lol. Hope someone can find a real solution though.

Same problem here. There is a little crack under the headlight which is more than one side and wasnt there before

My 2011 had the exact same thing happen. Except i have never taken the front bumper off. It does kind of suck but i have not had time to mess around it with it yet.

its caused by a clip being out of place. I have had this happen, and finally managed to find a clip put of place. lined everything back up, and hit it into place. Good to go :). Don't force it though. once the clip you is lined you'll know it

I had that problem at one point. but I've taken the front off so many times it doesn't happen anymore

I just changed my ic again. When I changed from the stock to the X went back on fine. This time I have a little gap under my driver side headlight and I cant figure it out either. Took it off and put it back on and its still there.

you have a square piece on your bumper, and a plastic clip(its pretty big u cant miss it) near the headlight, if that clip does not mount up with the square on the bumper then it wont line up and you will have that sag under the headlight. My clip for some reason seems almost like its worn, and wont latch on, So i have that small gap.

Anti is correct. there is a black tab under the head light, and a white clip on the bumper that fits that into that black tab. The black tab is very fragile, and can crack and break very easy. By not fitting these correctly, it will cause a gap under the headlight

I made sure that the clip is in the black square under the healight and it still sags maybe its like what u said Blitz its worn out from thanking it on and off or maybe Ive been too rough with it when taking it off and putting it back on.
