Thanks Michael. Had some issues last year with the CXRacing IC not getting the job done. So on tuning Reichen pulled peak timing. Shouldn't have any cooling issues with the ETS core lol.

Awesome! I'm sure our intercooler will do the job. The problem with some of the other brands are the straight through internal fins. The air passes right through like a tunnel and doesn't split multiple times like it does in our core.

The old Intercooler was terrible. On a nice 79* night not humid at all temps went to like 40* over ambient temp at 24psi. Up the boost a little and temps went to 50* over ambient. At night? Garbage!! I'm sure i'll be good the the ETS core.

I been trying to get this part for a while but their machine was down. Most may feel it's not needed but I'm big on safety.

Had some fittment issues with the radiator and also the hoses. But this should do it. civic radiator with hard upper and lower pipes.

new Oil cooler. Its not in the best location but it's better then not having one lol

Safety first. 2nd corbeau seat for passenger with 2nd RJS Camlock Quick-Release Harnesses

off goes 8an

on goes 10an

Just a view of my dash. Stewart Warner oil pressure, boost, fuel pressure, and electronic tach w/shift light. Then there's the AEM wideband.

This should help a lil in the 1/2 mile event. Had the aluminum diffuser powder coated same gloss black as the rims

2150's installed with PnP wiring adapters!

You can't hide from me. I see you down there lol?

The 2 Blue hoses don't look to bad but were a lil out of place and swapped out for black nylon hoses.

I finally got a chance to hit them rollers. First pull numbers were messed up due to bad signal on ignition clip. This was the second pull @ 33psi on my Comp Turbo 6767 to 9500rpm. Although i know my car weighs 2840lbs after viewing AMS vid on how how simple it is to manipulate the mustang dyno numbers i chose to go on a dynojet first. I'll hit a Mustang Dyno later. At the very end of the pull the car started having oil pump issues so we had to call it quits for the day. I was a little disappointed but was happy to finally have a baseline number. Temperature on the dynojet screen displayed 97* and it was humid as hell so this wasn't best situation for tuning. With more tuning im hoping to gain another 30-60whp at the same 33psi. Base numbers after 2nd pull were 693awhp and 527ft/lbs. To be continued....

I was incorrect. Pull was to 10,000 rpm. The Dyno was having tach signal issues so it couldn't get a rpm/hp readout which sucks. I have no idea where peak torque is or the hp curve. I've been busy working but ill post results once I get back on the rollers

Looked at the logs closer and I may have been wrong about something else. Target boost appearers to be 29psi. Surprisingly car appears to have boost creep fluctuating between 29 and 33psi right around 8700 rpm thru 10,000rpm. We'll know for certain once boost is turned up.

Thanks. Its a damn blast to drive on the street! Right now I have 3G lifters but i'm going to swap them out with Evo Lifters. Then i'll raise the redline and rev limit. I won't be able to make the shootout but i'll have more numbers and some track vids soon.

Excellent build.

I do have a concern for the hard pipes for your radiator. Unless the motor mounts are completly solid, wouldnt the motion of the engine push and pull the pipes from the rad? much like an exhaust needs a flex section and such.

I had considered hard piping once before, that thought kept me in favor of a standard rubber or silicone hose.

How do you find the civic rad for temps on the street? I suspect it would be fine, but first hand experience is always best.

Thanks. Sorry I'm just responding. I been ridiculously busy. I have 1-Piece CrossMembers with solid rollstop and the other mounts are poly. The civic radiator is ok. The temps will go up in 90*+ weather if the car is idling to long. But they go down as soon as the car moves. I think the fact my bay is so crammed has alot to do with the heating issue more then the radiator itself. Air just cant get thru to cool it down.
