When will you find out the damage report?

 

Unsure. The lady has lied to her insurance company and now they(insurance company) has to figure things out.

 

What did she say to them?

 

That I tried to pass on the shoulder. Problem is, there is no shoulder there.

 

If you have collision coverage use your insurance and pay the deductible. They will go after her insurance company and when it's sorted out they will send you back the deductible. May be quicker, easier and less problems.

 

Either that, or I am getting a lawyer.

 

Good news, after all this wait, I get my Lancer back today. I just hope the bodyshop did a good job.
