Dman u forgot me already, lol ^^ 61mm

Let me give back a better timeline.

In April did 502WTQ/419WTQ on Dynojet.
Different mods from first post are: Dual meth nozzles, 3inch UICP conversion.

Did 475WHP/419WTQ on Mustang dyno
Retarded Cam gears to -4/-4, Swapped Exhaust to 3 1/4" non resonated unit.

Essentially picked up a hell of a lot of TQ and prolly 20WHP or so over the dynojet numbers.

Also this was done win 90*, 100% humidity weather.

Next set of mods, upgraded Cams, low lift 10.2mm HKS cams gotta go.
I am wary of pushing more than 32psi on stock rods.

So the other night I went to PIR since my car is all back together.

I get up to the line and all I can think about is how my **** blew up here 2 months ago and sucked my life away. I am so deeeeply thankful that Lucas let me borrow the dually the whole time and made sure I had something to drive when I needed it.

enough of that.

So I am sitting there, tires aired down to 25psi (it was 20 when it blew up), boost set at 27 from street duty (I forgot to up it for track drop...remember this because it comes into play later), rev limiter set to 5250, and E30 in the tank.

I feel pretty invincible since I think I'll ride the clutch, make my new hybrid 5 speed work for the mph (e.t. wasnt my concern) and see what the really high VIII 4th gear is good for.

I launch slow, 1.97 60' (I normally run mid 1.6), shift kind of delibrate and dont use the NLTS at all, and let it eat in 4th for what seems like forever. I get to the time shack expecting a 13, and I look and am surprised to see a 12.23......AT 119.7!!!!!

This is a full mph faster than my best previous time of 11.54@118.7 on the 6 speed with stock cams. I get to the pits and talk with some of my friends that showed up and TJ, Kevin, and Myles and then look at the log. I ran that with a peak boost of 23psi on the Green. Most of the run was actually 21psi. The speed that was logged is actually really alot more accurate than I thought it was since when I ran the 11.54 it logged 120, and the night the timing lights died it was in the 123-124 range.

I am stoked to run faster with more boost. The GSC S2 cams and the ETS 4" FMIC make the difference I think. That night I missed a shift on my next pass, and then there was a wreck and it got way crowded so I didnt get any faster times before I left. The car definitely has more in it, and I am gonna start playing with more of a mix...maybe VP109 and 50% Eth.

Time slip for those that are interested.

Thanks Monti

Tom-Not this weekend but next Friday we will be there in force and with the newest ETS monster...Jeff's 1G will be up and running making spring pressure passes.

Everyone needs to come out and see this if you have the DSM flava and the 1G love. Not all 1G's are Sand Talons...lol
