Methanol Engine Bay Pump Install

I tried searching for this but has anyone installed their pump in the engine bay somewhere? I was thinking about installing my pump right next to the radiator on the frame rail because I wanted to use my intercooler sprayer bottle for my tank. Pics would be a great help.

I have 2 pumps in bay and use the factory IC spray tank. One pump is mounted just inboard of the tank with aluminum between, fastened to body for support (been there like that for 4+ years). The other pump is bolted on a peice of plastic cut from the stock air filter box and mounts as a surprise, perfectly, to the structure the radiator rests on, and against the fan becoming a fan/pump assy for easy disassembly, like clutch R/R. Theres also tubes going every which way scattered throughout the bay for multiple pairs of nozzles mounted in any convienient IC duct location, but other than that, you can't really notice anything.

Do you have any pics of your set up? I was wanting to use the IC spray tank also instead of having to run the tubing to the trunk.

So I ended up getting a devils own stage 1 kit and used the intercooler sprayer bottle as a tank for 50/50.

Here are some pics of the pump mounted on the frame rail right by the radiator. I also wrapped the pump in some heat shielding sheet to keep the pump from getting to hot.

Here are pics of the tank, I pulled the factory IC sprayer pump out so that I could insert the tank tap in that hole after I made it big enough by drilling it out.

Here is the float level sensor

Irrelevant pic, but I wanted to show the Pegasus clamps-similar to wiggins clamps.

I am using a D07 nozzle in the upper intercooler pipe. I posted the specs below from devils own website.
DO7 | 2707
7 GPH (441ml/min) (441cc/min)

I am also setting up for a direct port injection set up using an older version magnus manifold. I opted to tap the plenum over the runners because of the 90 degree fittings that came with the direct port set up from devils own.

Now I currently have a dilemma, I was won over by the features of the Aquamist HFS-6 and the ability to use map switching and drop boost in the event of a clog. So I ended up buying the HFS-6 to replace my aquamist kit.

Now I currently have the devils own D07 which flow 7 GPH (441ml/min) and four DO075 which flow .75 GPH (47.25ml/min).

The aquamist kit came with two 1.0mm and I would like to use one 1.0mm jet to replace the DO7 nozzle from devils own and want to use four .3mm jets to replace the DO075.

Now the devils own pump is set to operate at 200psi static pressure per their website and the aquamist kit operates at 160psi.

Will the aquamist nozzles provide to much flow for 50/50 water meth? Also would I be able to use the aquamist pump in the engine bay similar to how I have it set up above with the devils own kit? I will wrap this pump in heat shielding tape also and build a heat shield for it also.

I am running 1000cc pte injectors and never see anything above 50% injector duty cycle.
