AEM EMS case dimensions

Anyone opened up the case on the EMS? I am wondering if the guts would fit inside the stock ECU housing on an Evo.
Cheers,

just from the looks of it , it wont work. To big (longer) and extra serial port on the upper end.

Isn't there a newly released model that is smaller than the original?

That I don't know about but it shure would be nice if they did make it alittle smaller. It fits find in the stock evo location but if you want to leave the serial cable on it you have to re-arrange the way it sits. About 1or2 inches shorter would fit much better.

Just to clarify, I'm going to race an Evo in a class with rules similar to Group N. I know the Gems and Autronic PNP's are out there but would prefer AEM support. ECU changes must remain within the factory housing.
Cheers,

Cheers,
I would just say then give AEM support a call and ask them or Turbotrix might now, they seem to deal with it the most and have close contacts to the AEM people. Just so you can get a honest answer.
