Trouble With Gauge style UEGO controller and EMS

I have an AEM gauge style UEGO controller. I have it hooked up to the EMS box. The gauge is set to P00 (0-5v output). The gauge reads correctly, but I am not getting any voltage to the white wire that feeds the EMS.

The wires are hooked up as follows:
Red - t'd into switched 12v+
Black - t'd into pin 26, ecu ground
White - insert in pin 75 O2#2
Blue - capped off

The voltages I have verified, with the sensor unplugged, are as follows.
Red to chassis ground - 12.5 v
Red to pin 26 - 12.5 v
Black to chassis ground - continuity
Blue to chassis - 2.28 v
Blue to pin 26 - 2.28 v
White to chassis - 0 v
White to pin 26 - 0 v

The white wire should be reading about 2.38 volts. The blue wire looks pretty close to this. Do you think there is any way the two wires could have gotten switched?

Any ideas on what I should check next??

Thanks,

UPDATE- After reading alot of posts on UEGO problems I tried wiring pos. and ground direct to the battery. Everything measured exactly the same on the multimeter. Still Zero volts at the white and 2.28 volts at the blue with the sensor detatched.

I tried calling tech support all day today. Always go an answering machine, but I did leave a message. What now? Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
