Any reason why the service engine soon light would be blinking like there was a short in it? It does it once in a while. Thanks

Man never heard of that one before, On most of the base map the SES light is setup for the shift light. Does this work at all too and it just blink inbetween?

One thing you could check is to see if Options Switch #7 is disaabled and not set to anything (Setup --> Advanced Setup --> Analog Input Switch --> Options Switch #7 . The look at the Switch #7 Analog In and make sure it is set to disabled.

You also might look in the options Full List for LS10 this is the SES light input on the EMS. It will have a list of its own options, there might be somthing messed up there. The main options you want to check is LS10 LOAD = -14.69 and LS10 Switch = Switch is always OFF and LS10 Speed = 7000 rpm.

Let us know how it goes.

OK called TT, since I am using someone else base map to get the car started until tomorrows tune, he mentioned that the NOS control was on and that is probably why its blinking. I'll let everyone know for sure soon.

Mine blinked what seemed like randomly when I was messing with the shift light settings. Then I figured out what I was doing and got it to work correctly, now it comes on at the RPMs I set it for. Good luck with your tuning!
