I am trying to help a friend, so i am looking for a cal file to reference some idle & advanced idle parameters.

So if you have a decent idling, easy to take off from a stop light cal file, could please email it to me for refence reasons only?

I do not plan on running your file, I just need a file for reference.

if you can list your mods, that would be great too..

The current file has so many bastard settings, I jst would like to get a few files & see where everyone else is with regards to the idle features.

 

There is a thread on aempower about setting the idle. I used it and it worked for me.

Yeah, i beleive i saw that.

The help function is great to. But it give a general guidlines which allows me to tune this, I just want to reference a few files to see what is acceptable in 5 minutes, vs tuning every idle & advanced idle parameter may take an hour.

The help function works, but as i stated above, the base file that my friend has looks suspicious to some settings.

As i stated earleir, there are many bastard settings & I would like to see another file for reference.

The aem site is having issues currently, so if you pull a cal file off their site, it is currupted & cannot be viewed, hence the reason whyI am asking for a file on this board.

I registered a long time ago on the aem board, but cant remember my screen name & cant find a way to log in with the same email address......
