Go to setup and chose injector wizard. Then scroll down to find the PTE 1000cc injectors and select it.

I have a 50trim and 1000cc injectors and my car idles perfectly. The injectors are fine.

select rochester 1008 in the injector thing. Then go to your fuel map, and right click on it, and ther will be an option for injectors in there.

Put in 43psi, 560cc injectors for original, then 43psi, 1008cc for the new, and let it do the math.

you might have to fine tune it after that...but thats a good head start.

X axis is the engines RPM
Y axis is the load that is placed on the engine
