Is this calibration safe to use?

It's just been quick tuned on a dyno just making 5th gear pulls 3-8000 rpm. They used det can and never heard anything. But I know it's hard to hear anything with high power evos with open wg.

Engine info: JUN 2.2l, Cosworth CNC head, HKS 1.2mm head gasket, JUN 272, Full Race GT3567R with all supporting mods...
Fuel: Shell VPower 99oct ron
Boost: 1.9 bar (27.5 psi)

It made 600hp in the engine with this .cal file.

If you have tuned evos like this before please have a look and tell me what you think.

I'm going to a track day this weekend but I don't feel safe with this calibration, am I just over worried or?

How would you do? Anything I could change to make this calibration safe?

im assuming you dont have a wideband hooked up? if you do, try running the wizard located under the setup/sensors/oxygen sensor/sensor-1

unfortunatly your logging was not set up & is only showing the unfiltred signal from the knock sensor so its hard to be certian, but it looks like there is a bit more knock voltage than id like to see

i made some changes to your logging setup. if you load this cal into the EMS & make some runs it will show what were looking for.... the all maps are still the same, only changes made were to the logging parameters

I'll try it tomorrow, I'm home and ready for bed now.

Don't you think I've got to much midrange ignition?

i agree, the timing does seem high espically in the midrange. even on our 100 octane im running much lower numbers.....im thinking the lower comp ratio of the jun 2.2 combined with the 1.2mm headgasket may be the reason your tuner felt those numbers were reasonable. the logs should show us a better picture of whats going on

I agree with the fact that the timing in the mid range may be a little high. I think that you could also afford to run a bit more up top, and smooth out some of the huge jumps in timing in your map. I would me more than willing to send you a timing map from a similar car that may give you some insight as to what it should look like. Let me know if you would like to see this. Also, can you post up a dyno sheet for this tune to better help us diagnose the midrange timing.
