Extra Injector

I was looking to use the #5 injector to control my meth system.. only problem is that when I enable the 5th injector as a primary to match injector #1, the car goes super lean.

Does adding extra injectors take you total fuel map then divide it by the number of injectors?

If i add 25% more fuel to the map, it normalizes the AFR.

Another member on the forum says his AFR is not effected when he enables #5.

Ideas?

Whats the diff between a 'Base' injector and a 'Primary'?

Try using LS9 for your output

I think I figured out your problem...

I have a IX, not an 8, so I didn't pick up on this before...

on your app, pin #3, ie. injector #5, is hooked up to the fuel pressure solenoid :-) I can see how messing with that might cause your fueling to go a little haywire!

injector #10 is set up for the water sprayer LED... you might not have that though.... injector #7 looks to be totally open too...
