It's really hard to say without the car in-front of me. What all changed? Possibility it's your timing, accel fuel or a million other things

post an internal log @ 250samples/sec of engine load, rpm, o2, throttle, ign timing, knock #1 volts

this will paint a much clearer picture over your description.

please list your all mods too.

good luck

Also. If your wideband is connected to the AEM EMS and setup correctly post O2 #1, Accel Fuel, Accel dTPS, Accel Trigger Count and your Accel/Decel Fuel settings
