AEM Tru Boost controller gauge help

AEM Tru Boost controller gauge help
I just bought my 05 evo 8 and it has this gauge in it. I did not get any instructions on how to change the boost with the controller on the gauge. Anyone else have this gauge that knows how to use it would be very helpful.
