Shutting off ac compressor

Can anyone show the options in order to shut this off.
Is it possible?? Ny ac compressor is running non stop because the lines are frozen.

To Disable the A/C settings through the AEM

Just set A/C request Input to <Always Off>

Under Setup>Air Conditioner>Options A/C
