Inconsistent Logs

I finally figured out my problem and why I was getting boost creep. So I turned the boost up from 28 to 31psi and the car pulls like mad now that my boost can spike and hold instead of gradually climbing through the rpms. I logged the car and it was perfect! No knock retard, no knock fuel, and my knock volts were low. So I did a couple more runs and it was still great with basically no knock. So I come home and grab something to eat and take the car back out. I thought well might as well log it again just to see how things are going. So I put the car in 3rd and start the log. I floor it and I feel the car stutter up top so I knew it freaking knocked. I pull off and check the log and under the statistics it shows knock retard 11 and knock fuel 8 so WTF! I turn the boost down to 28psi and the knock retard goes down to 3 and the knock fuel is down to 3 also. I do another pull at 28psi and perfect no knock what so ever. I do another pull and 3 for retard and 3 for fuel. So basically I am getting pissed because the first time out with the car boosting 31psi it ripped freaking hard and spun the tires in 2nd gear and I thought everything was good and after a short break I take it back out and without touching anything it the knock retard and fuel hit 11 and 8. Why is this happening and should the knock retard and fuel flucuate like it is?

Inconsistent Logs

The inconsistency of the log could be caused by few different things like airtemp corrections (software)or false knock (mechanical) ,without looking at the log and the map its hard to troubleshoot.

I'm using Buschurs race intercooler. Ill post the logs here later. I still have the one where everything is good but I will have to do another log with the boost up to show you guys what's happening.
