"newbie" i think there is something direly wrong with my tune...

okay i'll start this out with about two weeks ago i bought an 2003 evo the mods i know that is does have are:

greedy ic piping and interocooler tial blow off vavle

FP evored turbo

aftermarket injectors size?? still cant find out

stainless steel aftermarket down pipe with o2 housing.

full 3 inch exhaust

also they have converted it to speed density and it has an aem ems ecu

the problem:

the car takes for ever to start and dies right away. and to start it sometimes i've gotta flutter the gas so i can keep it running when it does and once i'm able to let off the gas it idles really rough jump up and down in rpm like it wants to die and also when i i'm driving and i let off the gas the air fuels go down to 10.2 or some **** i know in my old car it would lean out not go all the way rich so any help would be good help i know nothing about tuning but i have a buddy who does it on alot of gm cars so anything can help right now thank you in advance

This is just simple tuning of a few tables.

You're going to want to look at Start Extra vs Temp, Initial Crank Pulse, Crank Injector time, and Warm up Enrichment. All of these will fix your start/idle problems.

You really need to figure out what Injectors you have as that is key to getting the tables and the driver right.
