Alright. Cut me some slack here, this is just a random thought that I had. When using AEM EMS, your OBDII port is not hooked up to anything, correct? So, potentially (for the sake of passing emissions), could you program a stock ECU to automatically pass, and hook up only the OBDII port to the stock ECU so they could plug in their scanner and the ECU would tell it to pass your car? I could be completely out of line with this thought, but I thought I'd give it a try.
