so i have my e-fan wired into the the factory rad wiring, blue (supposidly switched 12v) and black (ground)

when the key is turned on the fan runs all the time.
instructions say LS2 output sends a pulse width modulated signal to control output..

but it's not doin **** for me.

any help would be appreciated.

 

Have u checked the options list for that output and rad fan?

 

ya.. cant seem to find the port that controls it.

 

Are you running a douple pump setup? when you turn the key on the fan kicks on correct, can you hear the fuel pump kick on? Try unhooking your battery and resetting the ecu.
