The aem reads 261F and the cluster shows its cool. Even on the morning at cold start it show the 261! I changed the coolant temperature sensor and still shows its hot. If I unplug the sensor and it stays on that number.Any idea? Cause is that "hot" the fuel map chAnges. Thats the one i just changed

 

Sensor fail safe . I don't remember where it is but if the sensor or wiring is bad the fail safe kicks on. I would check the sensor and wiring.
