AEM EMS Evo III Timing Errors and RPM Issue.

Im out of ideas, The only thing I can think of is there is in issue with my Series 2 box. Here are the details, I would love any ideas.

Car is a 2003 Evo III.

Series 2 Box (30-6310)

Car is a full track prep car.

Here is the problem-

When the car is cold, It runs well. After about 15 min into the first session on track the car starts having issues. It pops and feels a lot like the plugs are fouled out.

The rest of the sessions in the day the car has the issue when I first pull out on the track, For the first and maybe seccond pull through the gears then it goes away for about 10 minutes and then comes back.

Looking over the logs I am seeing timing errors when it is having the issue. and lots of them. Its also logging that the RPM's are jumping thousands of RPMS within unrealistic time frames when the problem is happening. Not sure what is causing the timing errors because the logs are showing the crank and cam sensors are in sync and are always the same. Here are some of my logs.

What cam/crank setup, you have checked grounds and signal wires?

I have read on here about Cam Position Sensors causing strange problems when faulty. Might be worth a try. It is very easily replaced. I also had a brand new AEM with issues that was replaced by AEM.

Checked the wiring, Also swapped out cam sensors. Still no luck. For kicks I am going to swap ignition coils tomorrow.

Did swapping coils solve the issue?
