2 n00b questions.

1. Will the key remotes work with EMS

2. How many maps can be stored and recalled on demand with the AEM unit?

The door remotes are no problem as those are handled by the ETACS computer which is separate. The only things you will lose will be the auto IC sprayer function and the engine disabler security function.

The EMS holds one map, the map you are using. If you want to switch maps you need to connect a laptop and upload a different map. You can however have one map that uses a switch to control high or low boost, high or low timing, and high or low fuel or nitrous or whatever you want.

Question about IC sprayer. I know the button in the car is disable. But I think IC sprayer still function automatically (under certain load/boost), right? You just don't have the feature to disable it and do manual IC spray.

Other way around. You can use the switch to manually turn the sprayer on and off, but the Auto feature is controlled by the stock ECU, which is not in the car...

Thanks, Blak94GSX.

The auto IC spray feature seems to be a good feature if I running my car at the track. I'm definately will miss those features.

Actually, you can program the EMS to control the Autosprayer solenoid. Don't ask me how though

My spryer is controled automatically by the EMS.... pretty simple to set up. I have it set to turn on at 10 psi of boost.
