Well we have the first new AFI TURBO part for 2009.



We have been tearing into the EVO X the last few days getting it ready for for the install of the new parts and turbo set up.

While we were adding all this new stuff we thought we should make some billet mounts. So a few hours of design and drawing work, then create some tool path.

We had a machine finish up a run of parts for another customer so.



We plan to offer these in black anno finish.

Production parts will be running Monday and a full release will be posted.

Now back to work under the hood

 

To answer a couple of questions:

We do plan to make the complete set. The others will take a little more design time look them over the next few weeks.

As for price we hope to keep retail around $120 for this mount.

And yes we are open a intro price for this part.

The first run of parts are machined and went to anno. They will be ready Friday and after some photo's we will get an official release out there.

We are planning to ffer a intro price on this as well as the short shifter, shifter bushing and fuel rail which should all be released next week.

We are also thinking of letting the first few, say five of each go at a large discount to get some feedback from customers.

Nevermind the purple (they also come in "normal" colors)

 

how much do they run and is the purple extra i kinda dig that.
