Intake Manifold

With all the recent debate about intake manifolds, We've decided to take a shot at building one. We offer Manifolds for other applications and have had great results. (Quickest FWD NA street car, etc). Testing will be done on my Evolution 8 (FP Red ~500awhp) Testing is atleast 2-3 weeks out. All parts are CNC machined so they aren't exactly readily available, but modeling has begun.

I will update this thread as progress is made. In the mean time here is some pics of some of the intake manifolds we have done.

Honda B16/B18C

K20A ( Made 50+ WHP on our Turbo car, 10.5@129mph on sponsored All motor street car)

VW 12v VR6 (Working on for my brother who is a Turbine engineer @ G.E. He did all the modeling and flow testing. Due to the head design to maintain equal length the runners needed to be staggered ~ 3.5", this along with space constraints proved to be challenging..)

Rough parts...

Modeling is complete on the EVO VIII intake flange and we hope to get tool path completed this weekend. We already have one of the mills set up running K series flanges so we can move the EVO VIII right into that machine when they are finished.

We should be building some live parts in the next few weeks.

We should be machining the flanges this week still need to machine all the bungs for the sensors I would say these should be available this month if all goes well. Price should be in line with the current ones we make. I will get with Jesse and work on some numbers.
