AFI Time Attack Honda S2000
This has been an on going project here at the shop. Car recently put down 413whp@12psi :) Turbo is a twin scroll gt30r. Spool/response is amazing on the 2.2l Motor.

Seen the article in modified mag on this car. Very nicely built! One question tho do you guys still run a fan on the v mount radiator?? I imagine its hardly street driven and at speed the flow is better than a fan. Just still curious

We do have a puller on the back of the radiator. However the cars can sit and idile in the AZ summer with very little problems. We were very happy with the way it manages the heat.

Update on the S2000 we worked a deal with the customer last night to buy the car so look for AFI at the track in this car soon.:D |

Just a qucik update.
Our customer and old friend who we built this car for decided to go in a different direction with his racing so he put the car up for sale. Well we decided not to let it go so we bought it back. Look for this car at the track this year.:D |

Nice build, but it looks like your running a very very heavy wheel there. Perhaps you should consider running a light weight forged wheel. It would save you a ton of unsprung weight.

If all goes well we will be running the S2000 and our EVO X at Spring Mountain for a little testing the weekend of the 16th. Just got to get the cams in the X and back on the dyno for a little more HP

The new boost control setup is on the S2k so we can now control boost by gear. That along with some more rubber will really help take the car to the next level.

Stock internals on the S2000? Hows it holding up so far and did you guys swap for a larger head gasket?

Seems to be holding up great (but time will tell) Stock gasket we have never cracked the motor |

Sick car!!! -Jalal Car went back to Tony at UMS for a few more updates. It is setting at home in the garrage while we finish up a few RD projects, decking out our new Freightliner and maybe even Jesse's Evo. Then we plan a whole bunch of cool new parts for the S2000 and a few more races. |

We ended up placing mid pack in the Modified Shootout, even with placing dead last in the drag event. We have a whooole lot of craziness going on now with the car. I'll get shots up when i get a chance.
