Yme, assuming I can get the ingredients, almost anything you want! Beef Hor Fun, Laksa, Satay.....lived in the States for 9 years now so I have to learn how to make my favorites....

We always talk about food because we have the best in the world! Woo hoo!

Which part of FL are you in? I lived in Ocala for a year (in between Gaineville and Orlando)....what a sh!thole! Hated it and jumped at the first opportunity to move back to Austin.

BTW, the drive from FL to TX is about 1100 miles from Orlando.....much less if you're in the Panhandle/Tallahasee area.... We made the drive from Ocala when we moved back to Texas...I drove a 24ft UHaul pulling a 15ft trailer with the Evo on it....stress!

Fort Walton Beach? That's near Pensacola right? What do you do there? Yeah, that's a lot closer than being in the peninsula of FL.

Fancy you asked about chili crab! My wife and I just went to the supermarket last weekend to get some crab and we found some 'man tou' at an Asian supermarket....I think we're going to try making it this weekend!

Unfortunately, stingray is a little harder to find unless I go to a specialist fish monger...

Let's see....he could go to the Mistubishi dealership (Cycle and Carriage) off Alexandra Road. They have a Ralliart store in the dealership but they only stock merchandise (stickers, caps, jackets etc). He can order any JDM Ralliart part from there though but it'll take 3 weeks or so to get to Singapore.

There's also an Autobacs off Bukit Timah I think but I don't think it's all that great. Apparently there's a slew of aftermarket parts dealers off Ubi Avenue that I haven't been to before but might be worth a shot? Like most shops in Japan, shops in Singapore are smaller than here in the US so you'll have to order the parts since they don't stock many.

Oh yeah, and make sure you find out the cost of the JDM part from a shop in the States like Gruppe-S or Japanparts since it may not be cheaper in Singapore.
