Importing Evo IX TO Japan

I'm a Canadian thinking of bringing my Canadian registered Evo IX from Canada to Japan. Is it possible? LHD an issue? Thanks.

Bump curious about this as well, my main concern is all the modifications I have done and being able to pass inspection, any input would be great.

Why import your Evo when there are tons of Evos in Japan. Its like importing a Corvette from Japan to the US or a Ferrari from Japan to Italy.

I don't know how it works there but in south America you had to pay 80% value of the car for customs fees and everything else. Your best bet is to find a local customs broker or importer that can either instruct you of point you in the right direction.
