Recently I had my evo ix serviced to upgrade software, oil change ususal stuff. the Dealer drove the car into the hoist broke the front bumber and bent the intercooler. You are not covered by your insurance as soon as you cross the footpath into any service centre. The service manager insisted i had collided with a tow bar and the vehicle was damaged when it came in. Yah right the cooler has a indentation 150 mm above the bitumen, and there isns't a scrath on the front bumber. See you in court Shopping Center Dealer! Photograph you car infront of the service centre, cover you butt!

 

oh my goodness that is shocking... that sort of stuff should not be happening in this day and age... have you taken pics of the car now and written all the info down... I would certainly hope that you pursue this further you can't let people get away with that sort of thing - this is why they have there own insurance

good luck with it all hope he comes to his senses and comes to an agreement with you have you been out to get quotes on getting this all fixed up and replaced
