Assuming the Evolution (don't know the version) in the movie 2Fast 2Furious) was real, it was quite an impressive machine I thought. Very nice and thought the movie as a whole was better than the first version. My 2 cents worth

 

Evo 7, its real.. has a rear diff ( if you look close enough while watching) and has brmebo's..

everything's wrong with the movie... i mean, i could forgive all the damn NOS and that fake *** BOV in the spyder, but those are some damn slow *** cars! they make them see mfast as hell, and after running all that time, they've only been going 120 mphs up to the bridge??? come on now. and they needed NOS to get over the bridge? i can get WAY faster than that in shorter a distance! all disgruntled buffs aside, i thought the movie was kinda lame fact being that tyrese couldn't act worth ****, and paul walker was too "HAPPY" in the movie, as if he just got a new toy. always grinning, even when he knws their's potential death for him; new meaning to the word "no fear"! my 2 cents!

I know the movie has plenty of faults like all the fako flames from the exhausts all the time, although that got less as the movie went on.

As I reckoned comparing it to the first movie it rocks by comparison. The first movie was nothing more than an NOS add!!

 

yeah... atleast the 2nd movie didn't make car racing look as bad as the 1st one did

2 Fast 2 Furious was the best movie ever I hope they make another one.

For anyone who has not seen it yet they should go and see it right away the best movie ever even if you don't like the first one you will like this one.

I think to be fair the acting and actual storyline to the movie was pretty poor but at the end of the day they didnt make the movie to compete for any oscars they made it to appeal to younger generation with fast cars and hot women

this was obviously there goal and I think they more than achieved it, if you honestly went to see it expecting tom cruise like acting or a thrilling story line i can see why you would have been unimpressed but it wasnt meant to be anything like that

if you went to see fast cars and hot women you definetly got your money's worth

on the whole a good viewing expierence!

 

Guys think about all those shi**y biker and hot rod movies from the 40's, 50's, and 60's....the "real" people that they were based on thought the movies were crap but now the movies are kinda like classics...they show how the general public views us, even if it is farfetched, we should be glad that there was enough interest in our "lifestyle" to warrant them bringing real Skyline R34's and EVO's to the silver screen. Biker boys sucked too, but it had some bad *** bikes! It's history now, isnt that cool?

 

far out.. its not meant to be realistic. people know they are watching a movie. heck, teenage mutant ninja turtles was a good movie and it wasnt realistic. if you want realism im sure you wouldnt see almost all movies that come out nowadays...
the acting was crap, who cares though. im sure most car fans would prefer it if the movie didnt have any dialog at all and just showed cars and hot chicks, but then the older audience and non car fans, or gay people, wouldnt enjoy it..

The car was a Evo 8.....and yes it was real.......not a lot done to it, but you have to expect that.....it was only a movie.
