Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey there,
i bought a 94 lancer 1.5 carby. ive been thinking about beefing it up but i cant seem to find anything for it. Ive done the 2.25 exhaust for it, but it didnt really do much too it. I saw in one post where u can fit a mivec motor in it? where can u get that motor from? and how much would it cost for one of them! i imagine it would be a hard job, cause you would need to add a new wire loom in the car... my mate told me to just turbo it with the current motor, it would cost about $4000 dollars, but who knows what kinda power id get from it... Id have to get a GSR gearbox, low compression pistons, new cam, stronger rods, small stage 1 cooler, t03 turbo, bigger brakes... etc etc. but i dont know if in the end it would be any good!
if any has any ideas they could pass me, no matter how small they are, it would be greatly appriciated, cause im kicking myself on how slow this thing is.
THANX

Don't even worry about putting a turbo on your engine. Engines for CC Lancer are fairly cheap, and there are so many options. The 4G92 DOHC 1.6L Mivec is not a bad engine at all, it gives good top end power, but torque is about the same as a stock 1.8L 4G93 SOHC so not all that great. You could put a GSR engine in, which would be fairly cheap and give excellent power. The 4G93T DOHC 1.8L puts out around 150kw in standard form, so that is kuite a bit more than your current 65kw 1.5L carbie. Brake will have to be upgraded no matter what you do to your engine, so keep that in mind also.

Yeah the 4G92 sound pretty good pumping out about 108kw, but the 4G92G Mivec wouldnt be 2 bad either doin about 131 kw. As for the 4G93T that would cost big bucks to do that, 4WD conversion, but it would be a sweet ride. What would i have to do about the wireing loom for the car? does the CC have the plugs in it for the Mivec motor?

4G93T doesn't need a 4WD conversion... I would get a 4G93... they are cheap and give a decent power boost for right now. and then you can do anything to them like turbo, supercharge or bore and stroke. All these give decent power gains. Don't do anything to your carby... they are a good little motor for stock cars but modifying them is a waste of money

well ive got all the conversions for mitsubishi motors here.
everything from the 3G-83 motor to the 6G74
and the 4G93T only has a 4WD gearbox for it
fits 92 93 GSR

Whats the price for a 4G92G MIVEC Motor?

The standard 4G93 FWD box bolts up, look into the Satria GTI box as that engine puts out 108kw or something like that (it is FWD), so could handle a bit more power. The 4G93T DOHC 1.8 would be the best value for money, it all drops in and nice power for the same sort of cost. Think outside the square, anything is possible.

Yeah thats sounds pretty good, But see im from melbourne, and here the police are all stuffed and any modification would probably be taken off the Road, i want a MIVEC cause it probably wont be taken off the road cause its non turbo
