I've got an 06 CH es lancer and im looking at lowering it. I have got a quote from pedders a while ago for about $1500 for the sport ryder set. Its my first time doing anything like this so i'd like so advice as to how pedders compares to other brands of suspension which would be avaliable in central queensland. i don't want a huge drop about an inch nothing more.

if you google a bit you should find some info on pedders stuff.
i also have a 06 ch es lancer.

i can't comment on pedders parts, execpt at the time (12 to 24 months ago) they wanted $2300 installed for a sport ryder set. so i went wirh a set of bc racing coilovers cost me 900 installed (but i had bought them on holiday in taiwan). its been 10,000 kms so far and i have them set to pretty hard (8). i've dropped the car a little over an inch.these are great (i only have stock to compare to, hope that gives you some perspective), car feels heaps better on the roads, more planted, better road feel through steering wheel and i don't have to deal with creaks from my stock shocks.

melb cbd roads prove to be quite a problem, lots of random pot holes and bumps that u need to be careful of. the burbs on the east side are good though.

i haven't posted pics for a while, but i'll try on the weekend when there is some sun light.

doesn't help you much with pedders parts but you might consider bc racing search the fourms, heaps of info here.
