Yo, long time no write.

I was thinking of getting it through The Spoiler Shop - Myaree.
But....
my friend (who's a member of the Silvia club) knows a guy that works there (who is also a member of the Silvia club). Here's the reason for the roll-eyes: it's just the typical "I know a guy who could give you a good deal", so it would be mate's mate's rates, which usually turns out to be f*ck-all. Oh well, what's the harm in trying...I'll still go to every (reputable) shop to get a better price.

Yes, the bonnets for the sedan and coupe are different - totally different shape, but I doubt there would be a price difference.

ouch...sorry to hear that. I hate ignorant business people. Can't trust anyone nowadays - even though they've been given the license to do their job truthfully and in the best quality.

I know how hard it is to sell car kits, but try posting it in as many message boards as possible...
here's a popular car-club site based here in Perth:
http://www.rollaboyz.org.au/
Go to their message board and post your bumper in the for sale section.
The club doesn't only cater for corollas. Every Jap 4 to 6 cylinder imaginable is in that club.

Good luck.

Are you positive that the EVO 5 bonnets are different. I have a coupe and my friend has a sedan. Both bonnets are exactly the same...apart from the colour!!

: The coupe bonnet should curve down slightly between the head lights whereas a sedan (2000 on at least) it level right across. Dunno bout 96-00 sedans

Yes, for the 96-00 models it's the same...
the headlights on the sedan is more of a rectangular shape, while the coupe's curve down more towards the middle.
So the bonnet has to follow those lines - that is, if it's well-built it should.

In Evoposer's case - 93 model - I think (from dodgy memory) it's the same situation.

I think they sorta ****ed us with the "500" thing though. I've seen at least 7-8 in Gladstone which is a town of 35000 people... unless we are a mecca for the mighty VRX!
