S/C Lancer update
The Aus section of this forum is pretty quiet, so heres something to help the
forum along
Latest progress on the power building
OK in the first instance the Lancer was turning 160Hp at wheels
from the 4G93 through a manual transmission on the stock 14" tyres. The supercharger is pumping 10psi and a sub injector and supplementary computer keep the fuel happening.
Second installment was fitment of some H/M brand headers and the new result was 173Hp at the wheels
Third installment of progress is fitment of a stage 1 RPW cam. This is a N/A cam but appears as though it will work quite well. We now have 185 as our wheel power target. This step also requires the introduction of a piggyback computer to reduce timing a small amount
Will post more up as time fills in the gaps
You can have a look where the stuff comes from at this URL

Extractors
Vespa
In time I will tell you from Dyno testing what the RPW extractors can give. For now it is with H/M and the outputs are very good. In fact the bang for buck is unreal. Just how much better than 13Hp @ wheels do you think I will get with the RPW extractors Vespa??
Have you got one of RPW's quickshifters, if not go get one they are the best thing since sliced bread mate.
